I was born in Fargo to wonderful parents. I grew up always knowing that I was going to be a teacher. Often playing school with my little brother, everyone in the family quickly realized that this was God’s plan for me! I attended the Moorhead Public Schools all the way through high school, and from there MSUM Moorhead. During my college years, I married my high school sweetheart, Dana, and had two little girls, Erynn and Rebecca. Eventually, a student teaching practicum led me to a teacher aide position at Grace Lutheran School. From there, I was hired as the sixth grade teacher in 2000. God is great! In 2004, we were blessed with our son, Jacob. I am now on my 12th year of teaching at our wonderful school! God has richly blessed me through my experiences at Grace.
